Lakes Entrance Helicopter Gippsland Lakes. Had a ball, it was a great experience. Pilot Dave was lovely and Andrea in the office was a pleasure to deal with. Loved every minute of it.

Excellent experience. Nice staff, knowledgeable pilot, good instructions and information. 9 minutes flight time for a family of 3 for $200 (after discount for 6 year old offered by Lakes EntranceHelicopters without us asking) is incredible. They allowed my 6 year old to sit in front which was cherry on top and let us take pictures even though they were super busy.

Absolutely loved it. Attended on 26.12.2021. For me this was my first helicopter ride and it was amazing. I had the best experience from the moment I arrived. Very friendly service. I would highly recommend anyone visiting lakes entrance to do this ride. Thank you to all the staff who was there today for a great welcome and hospitality.

We definitely recommend going up with Lakes Entrance Helis. David, our pilot, was very informative, and explained about everything - the silt jetties, the creation of the entrance, the different townships in the Lakes area and lots more. We both enjoyed the narration, and the aerial view of the area was very impressive. We took Flight 5 (the 45 minute flight) and it was worth it, as we saw so much of the area in both directions - a lot of which you can't see or even access by road. Thank you also to David and Josh for coming in on a day off, as we couldn't get there on the weekend - very much appreciated. And at the end, a bit of "show and tell" about the helicopter rounded off our experience (a benefit of being there on our own, when they had a bit more time!). We took the longest flight, as we figured it was a once in a lifetime flight, and were glad we did.

Thoroughly recommend the experience. Yesterday we went on the Valentines Day trip to Fraser Island. What a fantastic day we had. The day was perfect.

The staff were all super friendly and informative. My wife and I had an amazing flight out over the Silt Jetties which are a must see from the air.

We Highly recommend this experience to everyone, it was thrilling. We had a wonderful flight. What a view of our beautiful Gippsland lakes and beaches. We saw sharks and Dolphins, pelicans flying and boats cruising along. We saw such spectacular colour changes from the lakes area to the ocean. Fabulous staff, Andrea was so helpful. She told us about some great places to eat while staying in the area for 4 days. And our pilot David told us about the area as we flew. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip.

Just do it and go. Fantastic from the moment we chatted with the boys fab flight, spectacular sites, awesome commentary. If I could give more stars I would.

Our little girl loved it. Highly recommend. Our 1st flight around lakes entrance and surrounding area and was blown away. The pilot makes the flight interesting with great knowledge of the area pinpointing different things and the local history of the lakes.
